How can I get a plot from
F.G.E. Housing Foundation?

A Federal Government Employee, and qualify the
definition of a civil servant!
Employee of an autonomous body, attached
department!
Employee of any Federal Government
Organization!
A retired Federal Government Servant!
Your husband (late) was a Federal Government
Servant.
Then you are eligible for
applying for a plot when a Housing Scheme is announced by the Housing Foundation
publicly.
How
will I be informed about launching of a F.G.E. Housing Scheme?
When a
Housing Scheme is launched, it is widely publicized in the national press
through all leading newspapers.
Are
there plots for only “Higher Officers”?
Not true! We have plots for
the employees of all pay scales and grades: right from BPS-1, up to BPS-22.
I had applied for a plot, but did not succeed in spite of fully qualifying the
criteria. What may be the reason?
Since
the merit is determined from the age-wise seniority, you are probably yet junior
in age.
I have
lost my allotment letter. What should I do to get a duplicate one?
Please
follow the following procedure:
An FIR
(First Information Report) to be registered at the Police Station of the area.
An
Affidavit on a stamp paper worth five rupees.
A public
notice in a newspaper.
An
application for issuance of a duplicate copy, enclosing therein copies of all
the documents stated above.
I need an NOC (No Objection Certificate) from Housing Foundation for the
transferability of plot in Sector E-12 or D-12. Can you guide me?
Please follow the following procedure:
Deposit all the outstanding charges,
including the additional development charges @ Rs. 650/ per Sq.yd.
Deposit the NOC FEE @ Rs. 20/- per Sq.yd.
Submit your application. Presence of the
original allottee at that time is a requirement.

release deed, on a judicial paper worth Rs.30/-, duly verified by the Class-1
Magistrate.

An
attested copy of the Death Certificate.
B-Form,
issued by the National Registration Office.
If the
legal heir is a minor; a guardian ship certificate would be required.
I want refund of my money deposited some time back with Housing Foundation.

You will
have to submit an application for refund.
Original
Deposit Receipts, issued by the Bank should be attached with the application.
An
attested copy of the National Identity Card should also be attached.
I was allotted a plot in Phase-III (Sector G-13 or G-14/4) .I had deposited a
certain amount with the application. What was that?
The money
deposited by you initially with the application was Seed Money. In case of plot
allotment, that amount was adjusted towards the cost of land.
What
Cost of Land I have to deposit with Housing Foundation?
Cost
of land depends on the plot size. You may consult the
Table.
You may deposit cash at the
National Bank of Pakistan, Corporate Branch, Super Market, Islamabad . You may
send Payment Order or Bank Draft drawn in favor of Federal Government Employees
Housing Foundation, Islamabad.
What is the procedure for transferability of Plots in Phase-III (Sector G-13 and
G-14/4)?
You
can purchase the required set of forms from Housing Foundation’s Head Office
for Rs. 100/- per set. You will find all details therein.
The
plots of Phase-III are transferred only when all the dues out standing on
account ot the subject plot are cleared. These dues are:
